Sports Massage to fix muscular aches, and pains
Advocates and fans of a sports massage will insist that there is no better way of feeling the full positive effects of recovery or injury rehabilitation. Following a treatment, your body can feel like it has a new set of limbs, and you will feel more energetic and positive.
The key to fixing a problem is to manage to symptom and then locate the root cause of the problem. So in many cases, the treatment will divert from the location of the complaint; E.g. many lower back pain problems, will involve treatment on the thighs, hips, and glutes.
If you take part in sport at any level or you have a physical job, then regular sports massage can be the difference between a solid or poor performance. If you would like to hear more or book in for your Massage then call us on 01952 252770 or click here to contact us
